Booking and Payment Policies

Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as agreed.

Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards or bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee, as agreed at the time of booking.

Minimum Stay: A minimum night stay may apply Monday to Thursday. For 1-night stays, please contact us directly to discuss availability and arrangements.

Check-in and Check-out Policies

Check-in: From 4:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.

Key-Safe Service: Check-in is contactless. Key-safe instructions, including the location and access codes, will be provided on the day of arrival.

Check-out:
10:00 am, Monday to Friday.
11:00 am, Saturday and Sunday.

Late Check-out: Late check-out must be pre-arranged and is subject to availability. A standard late check-out fee of £20 applies for late check-out between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. For Beckbury House, the late check-out fee is £10. Guests must return the key to the key-safe upon departure.

House Rules

Smoking: No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Pets: No pets are allowed unless agreed in advance. Additional fees may apply for approved pets.

Noise: Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect neighbours and other guests.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is as agreed at the time of booking. Unauthorised guests are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorised Guests: Allowing unauthorised guests on the property may compromise your security deposit.

Damage and Security Deposit

Deposit: A refundable security deposit of £200 is required before check-in.

Damages: Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss incurred during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition, such as washing dishes and placing rubbish in the bins. Excessive cleaning fees may apply.

Housekeeping: Weekly cleaning and linen are available for an additional fee.

Additional Cleaning: If additional cleaning is required during long stays, this can be arranged at an extra cost. Please contact us to discuss availability and fees.

Repairs: Any maintenance issues should be reported promptly to ensure a swift resolution.

Safety and Emergencies

Keys: A lost key replacement fee of £50 will apply. Guests must ensure the key is returned to the key-safe upon check-out.

Emergencies: For urgent issues, please contact Nolicia on 079-123-73160. For non-urgent issues, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Fire Safety: Please familiarise yourself with the fire safety procedures outlined in the welcome pack.
